ADTA Cancellation & Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we are confident that you’ll be pleased with our services.  If you try us and decide your membership does not sufficiently meet your needs, you can cancel within 14 days for a refund as follows.

If you cancel within 14 days of payment, you will receive a refund on your ADTA membership and on any insurance purchased as part of your membership.  Your insurance cover will cease immediately.

If you cancel between 14 day and 60 days of payment.  Your ADTA membership will be refunded in full, however there will be no refund of any payments for insurance.  This is outside the control of the ADTA.

The ADTA does not offer any refund for cancellations that occur after 60 days from payment.
