We are currently looking to connect with an experienced Driver Rehabilitation Instructor to work with Safe2Go Driver Rehab. This role is suited to someone with strong technical driving skills and the ability to work calmly and professionally with clients who may present with anxiety, trauma, or complex rehabilitation needs.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Excellent vehicle control and advanced driving competence
• Strong observational and risk-assessment skills in live traffic environments
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and regulated under pressure
• Clear, supportive communication style
• Confidence working alongside allied health professionals (OTs, psychologists, rehabilitation consultants)
• Understanding of graded exposure and readiness-based progression
• High professional standards, reliability, and documentation skills
• Empathy and insight when working with clients recovering from injury, trauma, or medical events
• Commitment to safety-first, client-centred practice

Experience in rehabilitation, driver assessment support, or trauma-informed work would be highly regarded, though ongoing mentoring and support are provided.
